A quote depends heavily on how many fixtures need to be replaced and how easy they are to reach. Lift access, ceiling height, blocked aisles, finished office areas, exterior poles, and production schedules can all change the installation approach.
The existing lighting type changes the plan

A walkthrough protects both sides
Seeing the building first helps prevent generic quotes. A walkthrough confirms current fixture count, ceiling height, light-level complaints, power conditions, access, and what the customer actually wants improved.
